PRO SERVICE PROGRAM IS A "WIN-WIN" FOR KAWASAKI AND ITS DEALERS GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan—In its first two years, the Kawasaki Engines/Power Products Division’s Pro Service Dealer Program has proved to be an overwhelming success for Kawasaki and its Pro Service dealers. Introduced in the spring of 2004, the program was created by Kawasaki to provide better customer service to its dealers, and in turn, help dealers provide a new level of service to their customers and boost store sales. In two years, dealer participation has grown in excess of 50 percent, as more and more dealers are invited by Kawasaki to join the innovative program. The Pro Service Dealer Program provides participating Kawasaki dealers with important benefits. The Pro Service Dealers can submit normal warranty claims without prior authorization, which boosts customer service and allows faster turnaround on service orders.
