NEW KAWASAKI EDGER COMBINES TOP POWER AND LIGHT WEIGHT

GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan—For five years, Kawasaki has had one of the industry’s top-performing commercial edgers. Now, the all-new KEL27A builds on that reputation, with more power and less weight.

The new KEL27A is powered by the Kawasaki TJ27, a 26.3cc engine for exceptional durability, and smooth, quiet operation. Its large reduction gear produces the torque needed to muscle through the toughest edging jobs. Yet with all this top performance, the KEL27A weighs in at just 11.7 lbs. without the blade.

Everything about the new KEL27A is designed for ease of operation. A redesigned, variable-position loop handle provides all-day comfort and easy maneuverability. One-touch adjustment makes changing cutting depth quick and easy. Other convenience features include a unique guard and rubber skirt design, a tapered cross section for less debris accumulation in the guard, and a specially designed bob-type fender guard that provides superior visibility, easy cleaning, and quick blade changes.
